How quickly can you staff a crew?
For most requests we can confirm crew within a few hours. Same-day bookings are available depending on availability — text us for the fastest response.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Southern Ontario including Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara, Barrie, London, and surrounding regions. If you're not sure whether we cover your location, just ask.
Are your crew members insured?
Yes. All Concepts Location Services crew members are vetted and carry appropriate insurance for film and television production work.
How does the LSPpro platform work?
LSPpro is our booking and budget management platform. LSPs and clients both get login access to track bookings, review real-time budget breakdowns, and manage crew scheduling in one place.
Can I join your crew roster?
